Amazed at how many pieces this sofa came in – it truly is flat pack. Fortunately my husband was used to building flat pack and managed this. It looks well, although I probably wouldn’t seat 2 heavy people on it. I thought it was good value for a sofa that is used occasionally – it is not our main sofa.

Looks just like the photo, we were afraid that the orange would be too bright but it is a lovely shade. The sofa is a lot heavier than we expected though.

This sofa looks far better on the website than it does in ‘real life!’ The whole item had to be assembled at home & it was difficult for one person & it looks cheap’ not worth nearly £400!

Item just arrived. It is a dull, dark red and nothing like the orange showed. Cannot get through to customer service to arrange a return.

Only unpacked an arm which had hardly any padding and not at all what I expected. I phoned immediately and the agent said no bother to return sofa and it would be uplifted two days later by Yodel, no one came. Another date was arranged with Yodel once again no uplift. It was arranged another firm would uplift, then Yodel came to the door and took sofa when the new firm came the following day. An absolute mix up stressful time, Dunelm definitely need to address their delivery/uplift service. Now awaiting refund, hopefully with no further problems.
