Bed is easy to assemble – just feet on and pistons in. Works well for purpose. Delivery guys fabulous. Build of bed perhaps not fit for purpose long term. Got one delivered, platform wonky. Replacement was worse. Third delivery – bed fabric was ripped as well as platform being wonky. Customer service were helpful in finally resolving, however overall experience stressful and time consuming. Pot luck if you get a good one.
