Bring a jute look and feel to your home with the Herringbone Washable Rug. Perfect for keeping your space fresh and clean throughout the year, we love using the Herringbone Washable Rug in the dining room, kitchen and living room.Care: Shake or vacuum to remove and loose fibres, dirt and debris using a nozzle attachment. In the case of accidental spillage, blot with a clean cloth. Place into the washing machine on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees and air dry flat. We recommend removing promptly from the washing machine to avoid creases. Expect a small amount of shrinkage after washing. For best results lay flat and reshape as soon as possible

I highly recommend this rug, if you’re looking for a rug that’s soft underfoot and lies flat.
It’s been placed on a hard floor, but my guess is it would stay flat on top of carpet too.
Easy to wipe clean as well, (did so with an antibacterial wipe) leaving no marks behind – amazing!
Regarding the border colour, I would agree with a previous reviewer that it’s not black, but navy blue.

Love this. Haven’t washed it in the washing machine yet, but have used a sponge . It lies nice and flat. Bought it for my dog . Very happy

Ordered this with not huge expectations but was very pleasantly surprised. It’s perfect for my dining area and love the stylish look of it. Will order another when it comes back in stock for my lounge!! Feels good quality too. I would recommend an anti-slip mat to go underneath though
