I ordered 2 of these sofas but unfortunately one of them was damaged when received. Customer services were brilliant and sorted it out and arranged a replacement. The one that I have is lovely and comfortable but as I have only had it for 3 weeks I cannot comment further.
Beware that it is only delivered and not unpacked or feet fitted which could pose a problem for people who are on their own.

The sofa was delivered on the day that we were told. The sofa is extremely well made and very comfortable, the colour is exactly what we wanted and the wooden legs just finished it off superbly.
